Sports Physiotherapy

We know sport matters for your body and your soul, so there’s never a good time to be off with an injury.

Whether you’re an occasional jogger or a committed weekend warrior, our physiotherapists regularly treat a range of sports injuries.

Many of our staff have experience working with rugby, swimming, kayaking, soccer and AFL teams, from grassroots to international level. Some of the physios are also very competitive in their own particular sport (running, netball and cricket to name a few) and have an acute understanding of the impact these injuries can have on your overall wellbeing.

Whatever your injury, we provide thorough assessment, diagnosis and unique care to help get you back on your feet and hitting your targets as soon as possible.

Sports injuries we’re experienced in treating include:

  • Ankle sprains
  • Pulled groins
  • Hamstring strain
  • Shin splints
  • Knee pain, including anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tears and patellar femoral syndrome (runner’s knee)
  • Tennis elbow
  • Golfer’s elbow
  • Shoulder dislocations or rotator cuff tears
  • Heel and achilles pain
