These classes are specifically designed for pre-natal mums -to-be and postnatal mums.
Mums, you can bring your bub along to the class if that suits you!
Whatever your needs and injuries, you can feel comfortable that we are willing to accommodate them, to make you feel safe in a controlled environment.
It is important to have an aspect of exercise and a controlled pain management program in your life, so you can function at your best potential while getting ready for motherhood or being able to be a fit mum.
The classes include a 5-stations circuit program, using a bike, light weights, TheraBands, Swiss balls, TRX, sliders, wobble disc, a reformer or you can even use your bubs as weight to challenge you throughout the circuit.
There are a vast variety of exercises that you will enjoy assisting with your core strength, pelvic stability, flexibility, cardio-vascular fitness, mental health, general strength and condition.

Note, there is also an option to attend one on one Mums and bubs with our physiotherapists if you prefer an intimate session.
