Enda Brady

Enda has always been a sport enthusiast and played a wide range of team sports growing up, including soccer, rugby union, and Gaelic football.

Although he still has a passion for these sports, these days it is more as a spectator than a participant as he has since pursued more individualistic sporting endeavours. Enda has been a keen runner for the past 10 years, completing 5 marathons and numerous half-marathons.

Throughout this time, he clocked up plenty of niggling injuries which has driven his interest in running related injury treatment and prevention.

Reading research on running efficiency and injury management.

More recently, he has ventured into triathlon training and really enjoyed the challenge of building up his swimming from a low baseline. He has found this has really reinforced in him the importance of correct technique and form, which he applies to his physiotherapy practice.
