Meet Emma, a dynamic and results-driven Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates Instructor, boasting a versatile experience across public hospitals, private practices, corporate settings, and sports arenas. With a dedicated focus on holistic healthcare, injury recovery, functional fitness, and strength training, Emma demonstrates a solid history of delivering impactful treatments to a diverse clientele. Her expertise resonates across various populations, underlining her commitment to fostering wellbeing.
After completing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Biology from the University of Canberra, Emma went on to achieve a Doctor of Physiotherapy from Macquarie University. Since then, she has also completed a Graduate Certificate of Sports Medicine from the University of Melbourne as a component of the Masters of Sports Medicine. She is also a Clinical APPI equipment and Mat Pilates instructor.
Throughout her professional journey, Emma has gained experience working with patients under the NDIS scheme, WorkCover, and CTP insurance schemes. She has extensive experience with both acute and chronic conditions, post-operative rehabilitation for orthopaedic and spinal patients, and collaborates with orthopaedic surgeons, sports physicians, and general practitioners to achieve optimal outcomes. Her journey as a self-employed Mobile Physio & Clinical Pilates practitioner showcases her commitment to bringing quality care to patients’ homes, including those under the NDIS scheme and those with neurological conditions like Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s Disease.

Clinical PilatesEmma is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to Clinical Pilates and is excellent in providing one on one and small group equipment Pilates. Equipment Pilates including Reformer, Cadillac/Trapeze, Wunda Chair, Ladder-Barrel and Spine Corrector. Notably, Emma’s dedication extends beyond the clinic and exercise space as she actively contributes to the field of physiotherapy education.
As an APPI Pilates Educator with Unite Health, she has experience in facilitating weekend courses to impart her knowledge and skills to aspiring professionals. Additionally, she is a certified Personal Trainer and has extensive experience Strength & Conditioning having been a CrossFit, and Weights training enthusiast for over 10 years!

On the weekends Emma enjoys doing Pilates or weights training, heading down to Bronte Beach with her partner and their special needs sausage dog Pierre.
