Practice Manager

Background

Lizzie has more than 25 years working with organisations on the rollout and integration of best practice for operational and service delivery, and for meeting critical productivity and change initiatives.

She is an expert in customer relations management and in building a framework that ties in with the wider customer service delivery plan.

She has an extensive project management experience having successfully led IT and contractual service delivery projects throughout ANZ and APAC regions. A strong focus on compliance and risk management. She builds, manages, and develops high-performance teams.

Strengths

Lizzie has been our Practice Manager for over 10 years, and Bay Active Physio’s director’s right hand woman.

Lizzie has:

• Directed and led both strategic and day-to-day operations across our two locations.
• Provided thought input into Executive Leadership Team meetings on forward strategy, on monthly performance reviews, risk management plans, and on opportunity management.
• Introduced a new CRM model that puts Customer Relations at the forefront of the Practice.
• Project managed the rollout of a new fully integrated online IT booking and payments system resulting in greater back-end efficiency and improved utilisation of Exercise timetabling (20 classes with 150 Pax per week).
